Honestly, it’s an odd feeling to be in front of the camera, and it’s truly surreal to collaborate on a conceptual space design project with one of my favorite brands, @ikea.

This space is dedicated to all the young women who have recently graduated and find themselves in their first tiny apartment, where various functionalities seamlessly blend together. It’s a modular curtain + lighting system space that allows them to experience love, foster friendships, and discover inner peace.

The curtain art in this space is inspired by the sunsets of my hometown, Shanghai, and it’s an integral part of my “Eternal Sunset” art collection. The aim is to capture and preserve the fleeting beauty of nature within this compact 14sqm area, showcasing the often overlooked aspects of its magnificence.
